Open Skills Training offers free online courses. The courses are designed for administrative staff, practice managers, nurses in General Practice, and all healthcare staff, as well as job seekers.

Our courses are free and easy to complete. Most of the courses take only minutes to complete. At the end of the course, participants receive Certificates of completion.
There are several reasons for you to take the course:
- You need evidence of ongoing staff education for Accreditation. All you need to do is add the Certificate of Completion to your staff folder.
- You want to know about important policies, such as the Social Media Policy.
- You would like to reduce your clinic’s legal liability for the actions of your employees. You can ask all your employees to complete the course on DISCRIMINATION AND BULLYING.
