Course Structure: The course consists of two modules:
Module 1: Basic Communication Skills in General Practice. (0.5 hours)
Module 1 Reflective activity. (0.5 hours)
Module 2: Difficult Consultations in General Practice. (2 hours)
Module 2 Reflective activity. (1 hour)
This activity is suitable for self-recorded CPD activities. (EA 2.5 hour + RP 1.5 hour = 4 CPD hours)
